Chassis:
Entered at for Keijo Rosberg and Yannick Dalmas, this 905 debuted at the April 1991 Suzuka round of the World Championship. The Finnish/French pairing qualified second but an engine failure prompted an early retirement. The car retired again with engine issues at Monza and then finished sixth at Silverstone. For Le Mans, it was assigned to Philippe Alliot, Jean-Pierre Jabouille and Mauro Baldi. Although they qualified third, they started first on the grid but again an engine issue brought an early end to the charge. The 905 was then updated to the full Evo 1 Bis configuration but ultimately could do no better than second place finishes at the Magny Cours and Mexico rounds of the championship. For the 1992 season, chassis EV14 served only as a spare. Today, the car is owned by a Swiss enthusiast, who has entered it in the 2016 historic Group C championship.
