Chassis:
The ninth McLaren M8C produced by Trojan, this chassis was originally sold to Argentina for a South American equivalent of the Canadian-American Challenge Cup. This never came to fruition and the car sat, unused along with another McLaren for many years. After it was finally discovered, it was brought to the United States, it was determined to still be in 'as shipped' condition. Chassis 70-09 has since been restored to full running order and campaigned in select historic events in North America.
