Chassis: 007
Built for 1984 champion Gloy Sports, this car was raced as a Mercury Capri during the 1985 season by Jim Miller. Ahead of the 1986 season, chassis 007 was sold to Whitehall Rocketsports. Re-bodied as an Oldsmobile Toronado, it was campaigned by Paul Gentilozzi. Between 1988 and 1993, it was raced by Craig Shafer in Trans-Am. Chassis 007's contemporary career continued into the 2000 season when it was raced by John W. Bean. During the following years, it was restored to Ford Mustang configuration. By 2014, it has been re-restored to its original Mercury Capri guise.
