Chassis:
First seen at the US Grand Prix West at Long Beach where Fittipaldi finished eighth, this was the third and final F5A raced by the team during the 1978 season. The best result was a sixth in the Swedish Grand Prix. From 1979 through to 1980, it was driven to three second place finishes by Guy Edwards in the Aurora AFX Championship. Later during the 1980 season, it was also raced by Emilio de Villota and Val Mussetti with the latter scoring a third in the substantially updated car. It has since been restored back to its original configuration and livery and has been regularly raced in historic events.
