Chassis:
Completed late in 1964, this TZ was delivered new to a Mr Gaspin through France's official Alfa Romeo distributor. Fittingly, it was painted French racing blue with a black interior. During the early 1970s, it was briefly owned by a Milanese enthusiast but then returned to France. Here it remained through to 2003 and during this period was regularly used at historic racing events. The car was then acquired by English collector Ross Warburton, who continued to race the car, which by then had been re-painted red. The TZ was sold once again in 2012 and has subsequently been re-painted in its original blue with a matching tri-colore flag. Like the previous owners, the most recent custodian has also regularly raced the car in major events.
