Chassis:
Entered by Scuderia Sant'Ambroeus and driven by Giampiero Biscaldi and Romolo Rossi, this Coda Tronca debuted at the 1962 1000 km of Paris at Montlhéry. It finished 16th overall and fourth in class. The following year, it was raced at Le Mans where it was disqualified for topping up oil too early in the race. It was then sold to Girolamo Capra, who finished 21st in the 1964 Targa Florio. It continued to be raced through to the end of 1966. In that final season, it was campaigned in the Italian hill-climb championship by Danilo Parnetti. Later in its life, it spent many years in the Yoshi Hayashi collection. During the mid-2000s, it was sold to the United States and displayed at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. From 2010, it has been owned by successive French owners, including Jean Brandenburg.
