Chassis:
A new car built by Kremer Racing ahead of the 1975 season using a bare shell supplied by Porsche, this Carrera RSR 3.0 was raced extensively, mostly by Helmut Kelleners, in Jägermeister colours. Among the best results was a class win in the Nürburgring 1000 km where Kelleners shared the driving duties with Hans Heyer and Bob Wollek. Ahead of the 1976 season, it was sold to Edgar Dören, who continued to campaign the car with great success. From 1977 through to 1979, 005 0005 was campaigned by Peter Pospeszcyk and again with considerable success. By the early 1990s, the car had moved to the United States. In the same hands since 2013, it is one of only very few Jägermeister liveried Porsche racing cars that is not in the personal collection of Eckhard Schimpf, whose grandfather founded the spirits company.
