Chassis:
Finished in metallic grey with a beige leather interior, this steel bodied 250 GT SWB was sold new to Italian industrialist Giovanni Renato Scalabrin. Registered for the road in Vicenza as VI 63600, the 250 GT SWB was used extensively by Scalabrin, who had clocked up over 5,000 km during his first year of ownership. He would own the 250 GT SWB for five years, before selling it on to pioneering collector Giulio Dubbini. It changed hands again 1985 and the third custodian also took great care of the car and used it on special occasions. Still unrestored, 3507GT was acquired by the fourth owner during the 2010s. Lovingly maintained and beautifully patinated, the highly original 250 GT SWB was consigned to the 2023 Gooding Pebble Beach Auctions with 53,000 km on the odometer.
