Built in 1988, this 959 Komfort was finished in Graphite Metallic with a dark grey leather interior. It was sold new to a Porsche executive living in Italy. It was subsequently sold to the United States, where it received a full engine rebuild in 2015 at the cost of $120,000. In 2022, it joined the collection of an Australian enthusiast and was serviced by the Porsche Centre Melbourne. With 23,399 km on the odometer, it was consigned to the 2023 RM Sotheby’s Las Vegas sale.
