Chassis:
Completed ahead of the 1995 season, this chassis was entrusted to Andy Evans’ Scandia Racing Team. It was raced extensively during the 1995 season at all major American sports car races. Chassis 010 finished on the podium half a dozen times and scored an outright win at the Halifax Moosehead Grand Prix with Mauro Baldi and Fermin Velez sharing the driving duties. For 1996, it was loaned to the Racing for Belgium Team to race it at Le Mans. Eric van de Poele clocked the fastest time in the official test but during the race a wheel, literally, came off. The following season, it was raced by Gianpiero Moretti’s MOMO Corse team with Andrea Montermini and Antonio Hermann scoring wins in the 2 Hour races at Sebring and Pikes Peak. Retired from contemporary racing at the end of the 1997 season, it was then owned by prominent American and French historic racers. In 2024, it was consigned as one of the headliners of the 2024 Gooding Pebble Beach Auctions.
