Chassis:
Retained by Lola, this T600 was fitted with a Cosworth DFV V8 engine to compete in the FIA Manufacturer's Championship. Fielded by Grid Racing, it was driven during the season by Guy Edwards and Emilio de Villota. They won two rounds of the championship outright and finished third in class at Le Mans. Retired from contemporary racing at the end of the year, it was reportedly eventually sold to Japan. Through Symbolic Motors, it was sold to the late John O'Quinn in 2003. Still in highly original, as-raced condition, it was sold from his estate at auction in 2010. It changed hands again before it was acquired by the current custodian late in 2017. Over the winter, it was completely restored to full running order by French specialists Wassermann Racing Services. The work was ready in time for the 2018 season opening Espiritu de Montjuic.
