Featured is the third 340 MM constructed and the first one bodied by Vignale. It was one of the factory cars and driven to Mille Miglia success in 1953 by Giannino Marzotto. It also took victory in the Giro di Sicilia in the hands of Luigi Villoresi. It remained in Italy after its retirement and has been in the ownership of the same family since 1964. Still sporting its Mille Miglia starting number, the historically important Ferrari is seen above at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. It was awarded the Trofeo Albrecht Graf Goertz as a special prize of the jury for its historic importance.
