"I just bought CAR Magazine yesterday and they reviewed this latest iteration of the GT3. Georg Kacher was the man in charge, as had been the case with the previous GT3. He basically says that like its older brother the GT2 the car is a world apart from the 911 Carreras, much meaner, raw, more willing to reward and of course to bite... I was just curious to know if anybody in this forum has driven one of these machines. I mean, I'd imagine there are some pretty good drivers out here and I'd like to know what their opinion is on the degree of difficulty of pushing one of these machines hard... Kacher, by the way, finished his article by saying something like this: ""This car separates the men from the boys... After a couple of days driving this devil, I just don't know which group I belong to...""" |

the boxster is a completely different machine. it just takes a little effort to realize the HUGE differences. for example, the completely different front fascia, and those retarded air scoops on the boxster. |

I hate the Porsche people. Why the hell would you make the 993's face identical to the Boxster's? Its all about the money, obviously. I used to LOVE 911s but now they've entered the realm of the generic. Money-grubbing bastards. |

This will surely be an awesome track car but i prefer the older GT3. These new rims and that big wing arent nearly as good looking as on the first gen. |

I think this car is one of the best cars in the world. I love PORSCHE very much! But I think the spoiler from the old looks better. |

I love this car. Powerful, fast, and sweeping body lines. 0.30 drag coefficient is amazing and the horsepower per liter is great. I wish this site had the weight so I would know the power to weight ration. I think it would be very low. And besides the performance it has outstanding brakes.(Nothing brakes lika a Porsche.) |
