Enzo Ferrari said that the fortune in races doen not exist: to me it is not the truth. This car was the best car in 1982 with a fantastic engine and a very good chassis. But Gilles died in Zolder, Pironi broke his legs in Hockeneim and a backache made Tambay miss 2 important races. In spite of that Ferrari won the Constructor Championship in 1982 because 126 C2 was for me the the best car in '82 and the best Ferrari in '80s. |
