| A thrilling shape |
| Manel Bar 04-27-2009 |
Have just read the well illustrated Pegaso "Thrill" feature and for the mere shake of accuracy, pls note the serial nº of the car is: Chassis: 150-0133 (150 stands for LHD) Engine: 017-0133 (017 stands for 2.8 L) Serial... 0131 belongs to a berlinetta Saoutchick. The purpose of this special Touring design has not yet established: The late Signor Bianchi Anderloni told me it was intended as a wedding present of the factory to the General Franco's daughther. Others sources assured it was a present for Evita Peron... The reason of colour scheme chosen was -and still is- also a subject of debate among connoisseurs. |
| Not great cars in a lot of ways... |

... but they do have some of the most interesting coachwork of the period covering a really exotic specification. And they have the best looking engine-bay in history. Argue if you like, but they do. |
