As a teen I watched the Chaparrals race and was very impressed by their performance. They were always a step ahead of the competition and pressing the aerodynamic envelope to the max. They were the cars that fostered my interest in racing. I think the 2D was the slickest looking one of the bunch, but is surprisingly missing from the lisitngs shown. Thanks to Jim Hall for all of the memories. |
