IMO, the 612 isn't hideous as a Car. But as a Ferrari, it most certainly is.

Yup, i have to agree with you. The sketch looks much better. I dont hate this car but the design is very disappointing. Seriously, what were they THINKING?!

Jup.. Don't like it that much either.. It's too soft.. I like the composition of the car though.. But then again.. The back is far far too round.. One sharp edge and it would already be so much better..

It's perhaps one of the ugliest, possibly made uglier by the car that preceded it- the 456. It does look terrible in red, better in dark mets.
I know that I wouldn't go as low as buying one. Looks like a last-gen Supra that was melted.

I find the 612 OK. I've seen one in the flesh at the motor show and I liked it. The photos seem to make the car uglier than what it really is in my opinion. I agree with most comments that Ferrari could have done a better job with this car. One thing that I am glad about is that Ferrari came up with a new design and not just a re-vamped 456. Unfortunately, we have to wait probably 5+ years for the replacment to the 612.

the 612 looks much better in real car.. pictures just doesn't show its beauty..
although i still liked the 456 more... 612 is not a bad car by any chance.. may be it's just that we got used to seeing Ferrari as two-seaters..
i think the 550 (575) is worse.. :P never liked the front air intake...
the best looking regular Ferrari ever i think is F355
