Hey now, take it easy. I'm feeling a bit of anger(and orr jealousy) in that last remark.

I asked if that was the spacing of the studs in walls that are properly built. That is a legitimate question to an architectural intern from someone (me) who plans on becoming an engineer.

BTW, those aren't Illinois plates. (AFAIK) They MIGHT be, but they don't look like it.

Yes I understand, I thought you were making a mockery of my father's firm and the quality of design they do. I THOUGHT YOU WERE BEING SARCASTIC

By the way, Rockafella, what kind of car do you drive, how old are you, and what does your dad do?

Can you take a pic of your license plate for me? Me and another member were just discussing how it doesn't look like an Illinois plate.

I'm not to quick on believing that, sorry. The most you could make from 11-15 is about 5 bucks an hour doing babysitting or yardwork. In order to make ~20-25k to afford the car plus other expenses you'd be working about 3800-4000 over those 5 years at 6 bucks an hour, or, roughly 800 hrs/summer. 800 hours in the summer divided by 60 days (average summer is about 2 months) comes to a little more than 13 hrs a day. Hiding something, or were you making $15-20 dollars an hour by some golden striking of luck? (Which still comes to ~6-7 hrs a day, every day of the 2 months of summer?)
who gives a crap if his parents chipped in or he worked his arse off. i was fortunate enough to have both and im cheering because of it.

No need to try tear someone down because they have an uber car.

I just thought his story was fishy. I have no problem with both, but I do have a problem with liers, so I wanted to clear everything up.
