BTW, yes, that thing is street legal, and yes, it is loud.

Actually, have you ever read Road & Track? They've tested a Saleen S7TT in a full mile run (unless I misread that it was a prototype) and Saleen have had the S7TT at Detroit the past two years.Originally Posted by Vaigra
The normal S7 has enough downforce to theoretically drive upside down at 150mph. The S7TT has more downforce than that so I think its aero is just fine.Again back to aerodynamics, a bigger wing of course weighs more, but that's why race cars have lighter bodies. The S7 TT's aerodynamic "improvements" simply aren't good enough for the extra 200hp and turbos compared to the base S7. The base S7 does go slower in corners than most of its competitors, so I don't think the S7 TT will get any better handling when its aerodynamics is equal or even worse than the base S7 in proportion to power.

By Detroit, I presume you mean the Detroit Motorshow and the S7 TT has been on display? I've not heard of it actually being driven. Is it one that they make specially, only after you've placed your order?
Audi humbles Porsche. A new dawn starts today.
Being nice since 2007.
Yea too bad it has a blower... So the enzo engine is better...FERRARI hav acheived 1000hp with the f50gt and many othersOriginally Posted by F1_Master
So?^ any way i think the saleen would win, apparently its cornering is amazing.
Sorry, but apart from you saying it, do you actually have anything that proves a F50 GT produced more than the c.750bhp that everybody else quotes?Originally Posted by FerrariPrinze1
A 33% increase is a fairly significant hike.
Also, apart from an, as yet mythical, F50GT; what other cars have Ferrari produced with an out put of 1000bhp+?

The S7 TT is already in good production. If you'd like, I can get you a shot of the blue TT at Lamborghini next week.Originally Posted by Vaigra

Yea, it has been at the Saleen stand the past two years. It was a silver one two years ago and the one that was their this past year was also silver (if i remember correctly). I'm not sure if it is a special order car or not, but I know that at least one has been driven.Originally Posted by Vaigra
Buy a copy of Car And Driver. They've tested it and its a damn good read. Or if you dont like C&D, you can check out this months issue of Automobile Magazine, they compare it verbally to a veyron.Originally Posted by :Exige:
