That's why I mention RIDE instead of CARS. People here are obviously car enthusiasts, just that they are either limited by age or financially. I believe the group of members here will certainly drive exciting stuffs when things come into place. Hence a guidance as to what members in this interesting forum use as a hobby and as a ride, can be featured.

OK then, I'll talk about my car if you all don't mind.

I had my MOT test done yesterday and I failed. Handbrake is too weak and hazard lights blink when they please.

Now - handbrake has always been bit rubbish, in winter it is usually frozen solid for one month. It really doesn't bother me since I rarely use the damn thing. Hopefully new cable will do the trick and I don't have to fit new discs and pads because of dodgy handbrake.

Hazard lights thing was a complete mystery. MOT guy pressed the button about dozen times - sometimes they blinked and sometimes they didn't. I haven't noticed the problem before and today they work perfectly fine? Maybe it's just dirty contact somewhere.

And finally - another Fiat joke to continue the theme.

Q: What is the most rustiest part of any Fiat?
    A: Owners brain

How strange, on handbrakes being too weak, how do Vauxhall's ever pass?!
My friends Mum's 05 Meriva Design A/C 1.4Twinport is parked on a very very slight slope and unless parked in gear it rolls ever so slowly, and according to Clivey, his 04 Corsa SXi 1.4Twinport's handbrake isn't even strong enough to make the rear wheels lock.

Personally I like the alphabetical order idea, it makes it easier to browse through the list of members and their rides. I don't like the idea of putting bikes or go-kart or segways while we're at it... Also, you should update the first post (well, second) so people willing to see the list of rides don't have to browse until the end of the thread to see the whole list. My suggestions.

It looks like Istadt already made a spreadsheet so you can sort it according to every criterion you want (see http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/forum...ad.php?t=29517)

Proof that Fiats are rubbish and should be avoided at all costs. Especially nice ones like yours...

Oh and about the hazard lights, italian electrics ftw.

No, I don't. I just want it to be in a way that with or without me, people could at least add their rides, and when i bump back, i'll just update the discussion thread.

Well, in the thread people can always add their rides, the only thing you have to do is keep your spreadsheet up to date and occasionally post it...I actually do the same with the OBC index, but not many other people post a new car there...
