    sorry to crush YOUR dreams but the 911 S (1974) was capable of only 229 km/h...that's a bit of a stretch to 300, isn't it?

    I think the only non turbocharged 911s to break the 300 km/h barrier are the 996/7 GT3/RS.

    And the 911S wasn't even introduced in 1974...

    The newest 385bhp 911 Carrera S can crack the 300km/h barrier too. It tops out at 302km/h.

    That's one 911 S. The original 2 litre S was introduced in 1967.

    The 911S was introduced in 1966 or so....
