| sharp |

This is a sharp looking car and i hope it hits the market. i was sad when the eclipse was discontinued. however that being said this would be a perfect replacement. also i hope you can do what vw does and give the option of diesel or gas because lets face it, gas is just so much fun with the right specs over a diesel which would be better for mpg. hopefully they can put more then 204hp in to the car. looks like it should be fast :) |

This is much better in the metal than the concept drawing suggested. It's taut and hunkered; from some angles it reminds me of the Zagato Hyena. Now all Mitsu has to do is build it, and make sure it doesn't get too heavy. |
| a concept to rival Mazda's |

First off, I'm absolutely speechless about the Furai. That being said, I'm equally impressed with this concept from Mitsubishi. I hope to God they build this and market it as an Eclipse here in the US to atone for the last two crappy generations of Eclipses. I agree with the previous poster in that I hope they get a decent petrol engine to partner the diesel. Still, even with a good diesel engine, it would be a wonderful addition to Mitsubishi's US lineup. |

I've been waiting almost ten years for a competent follow-up to the 90s Eclipse. With any luck, this basically EvoX coupe will be that car. With a little more luck, it will have a descent petrol engine, and with all the luck in the world, they'll take that stupid Cayman spoiler off the back. |
