you could buy any porsche excluding the carrera gt. a gt2 costs about 180k, and a turbo costs about 120k. my favorite porsche, the gt3, costs about 100k. a carrera 4 s costs about 80k. with 200k US you could easily buy a ferrari 360 modena, with just enough money left over to purchase a bmw m3. i feel so bad for you singaporeans. |

I live in singapore where cars are very very expensive. just to give u an indication, i paid US$200,000 for my Boxtster 2.7!!!! (someone tell me please wat this money can buy in the US or UK!!) I have no regrets at all with my boxster. just for looks alone its worth it. I tried out the Lotus esprit but for an everyday car its a real nightmare i can tell u! the boxster on the otherhand, can be driven everyday like I do and it is totally reliable. and boy, do i get attention at the traffic junctions especially with the top down! (mine is silver with red seats - it helps). no complaints about the engine - the 220bhp is ok for its weight, no supercar performance but beats about every other car beside me in a standing start anytime - unless I get a 911 beside me.... |

This car is the best of all roadsters... it has a lot of potential in that chassis alone, but something more powerful than a 911 will never be produced, though if this happens, the Boxster will be the best Porsche ever. This model and design feels old already, though the facelift flushed out a few wrinkles, new wrinkles are appearing, because of newer designs such as the dramatic Z4, the eye-catching Nissan 350Z and sleek Audi TT appears. Glad that Porsche knows it and will be replacing the Boxster with an all new successor in a few years' time. |

This is my all time fav roadster in the world! its got the nicest looks of all! i love the new aerokit for the Boxster too, looks just like the Carrera in the front(the 2001 model). Put some more horses into this, around 500 maybe. A supercharged Boxster! that would be my dream come true! |

That little more power that they but into that car makes a big difference, since the car is so light. The little bit of extra style is nice too. |

This is the greatest convertable ever and even throught it has been out for a while now it still looks good and they keep add more house power to it. I hope the BMW Z4 does not Take over as the # 1 spot. |
