Chassis:
Shown at the 1995 Frankfurt Motor Show, this is the second F50 built. Following its show duties, it was sold to German collector Michael Gabel. He owned the car for three years before selling it on in 1998. It was then confiscated by the German fiscal authorities and offered at public auction. The winning bidder was Eckhard Bluhm, who at one point owned 30 modern and classic Ferraris. Bluhm would own this car for 16 years and eventually sold it in 2016 to Bernhard Dransmann, who specialises in the Ferrari supercars of the 1980s and 1990s. The following year, it was exported to the United States and fully federalized for use on the road. With just 3,371 miles on the odometer, it was consigned to the May, 2020 RM Sotheby's Driving Into Summer sale.
