Chassis:
One of 200 911 Carrera RS 2.7s built to M471 Lightweight specifications, this example was sold new to Italy. It then passed to Swedish collector Bilar Staffou Kaiser, who in turn sold the rare Porsche to another noted collector, Frenchman Jean-Claude Miloe in 1992. He had the car restored by the Porsche factory in Zuffenhausen. As Miloe owned 40 cars, this 911 was used only sparingly and he decided to sell it on in 1996. It remained in the Saint-Etienne area of France until 2015, when it was sold at auction to the United States. Subsequently serviced by DriverSource of Houston, it was consigned six years later to the 2021 Gooding Pebble Beach Auctions.
