Chassis:
Completed early in 1995, this 911 GT2 was finished in Speed Yellow and sold new to the British G-Force team. It was run in the British GT Championship and select rounds of the BPR Champinoship with backing from car care company Blue Coral. It was raced by John Morrison and team owner John Greasley with some success during the 1995 and 1996 seasons. Morrison won at Snetterton and Silverstone during the first year but a slate of reliability issues prevented the team from scoring in 1996. For 1997 and 1998, the car, still in Blue Coral colours, was run for Nigel Barrett, partnering with Mikel Gustavsson and Callum Lockie. From 1999 onwards, it was raced by two successive owners and was only retired by the end of the 2008 season. Over the years, it was modified with Roock Racing bodywork and a revised engine to somewhat keep it competitive. Retained by its third owner after it was retired from active duty, it was eventually restored to its original, Blue Coral livery. Through Maxted Page, it was then sold and it returned to the track with Era Motorsport during the 2024 Estoril Classics.
