Looks like some kind of OSCA or Cisitalia...

It's possible. The grill kind of matches something like that. But I'm not sure what that compass-like emblem is on the hood. I'm assuming it is Italian.

Yes, without doubt this is a Veritas, it might be the Veritas Comet S, but I am not sure. I will have to check on it
Henk, your car is a Veritas, but the RS one in particular. 36 were made (of which the first three cars had an electron body, the rest an aluminium one). It was built around a tubular frame, housing a tuned BMW 328 engine. It was built in '48 and '49. Hope this information is of any help.
