There is 3 people on a boat with loads of children running around it, the 3 people are: 1. Bob geldof, 2. Ozzy Osbourne, and 3. Micheal jackson, they're sailing out for the G8 live aid, they've hit a rock and they're sinking, bob says: "save the children!" ozzy says: "Fuc the children!"
Micheal says "have we got time?"
Im thinking an Auto Union of some sort .. but im not entirely sure.
Yeah the blue is a dead give away for a German car. Seriously, it looks like some sort of French special, maybe a DB or Panhard of sorts.
If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.

The front of the car remins me of one of the early Mercedes-Benz silver arrows racers, but as Wouter says the color hints towards a French car, maybe a Gordini?
Lack of charisma can be fatal.
Visca Catalunya!
Looks like a late 30's Auto union

yeah I agree with Wouther , the car was parked near three Amilcars and this blue was very popular in the past in france
a toughie, it definitely is a French special, but I am wondering whether it is RWD or not. It is certainly not a Monomille with a different body, as the engine is clearly sitting behind the front axle, but may be they put the drive train around to improve the rather typical road holding of the Monomille.

Could it be a garage special?
Idon't think , although during this period many there were many artisans in france
I think its either a Bugatti or a Lorraine-Dietrich. Definitely French.
