Chassis:
Through Eugenio Ferranti, this Miura S was sold to Maria Germagnoli of Piacenza. It was finished in racing red with a black leather interior that included blue seat inserts. Germagnoli held a stake in a local dealership and the Miura S was sold on shortly thereafter to Giulio Vignale. The first private owner was also the nephew of famous coach builder Alfredo Vignale. He never actually registered the car and used it only very sparingly during his 39-year ownership. Through Simon Kidston, it was sold to a private collection in England in 2014. It was subsequently entrusted to Cremonini Carrozzeria for a complete restoration. The original interior was preserved where possible. In 2017, the Miura S was finally registered for the road. It changed hands again in 2019 and six years later, it was one of the headliners of the 2025 Gooding Amelia Island Auctions.
